제이에이치씨, 납땜 대체 '전도성 접착 소재' 국산화..."80조 시장 노린다"

제이에이치씨가 연성회로기판(FPCB, Flexible Printed Circuit Boards)에 사용되는 전도성 접착 소재를 국산화했다.
연성회로기판은 기존 경성 기판보다 얇고 유연하다. 고밀도 배선도 가능해 스마트폰, 조명이나 차량 등 첨단 IT 부문에 쓰인다. 전도성 접착 소재는 스마트폰 카메라 모듈을 비롯한 연성회로기판에 사용 가능한 접착 필름으로, 기존 납땜 공정을 대체할 차세대 기술로 주목 받고 있다.
현재 8조원 규모인 전도성 접착 소재 시장은 일본 제조사들이 주도하고 있다. 전세계적으로 연성회로기판 수요가 늘면서 중소기업청은 이 시장이 2020년까지 80조원 규모로 성장할 것으로 내다봤다.
제이에이치씨는 전도성 접착 소재를 국산화하고 제품 품질인증까지 마쳤다. 이어 국내외 제조사를 적극 발굴 중이다.
김병선 제이에이치씨 대표는 "전도성 접착제는 양산이 어렵고, 일본 기업이 10년 이상 독점하고 있던 부문이다. 제이에이치씨가 개발한 전도성 접착제는 기존 제품의 단점인 내습성을 확보했고 성능도 우수하다. 원재료까지 국산화해 30% 이상의 가격 경쟁력도 갖췄다"고 강조했다.
